Ecchan and hanabi moments

Cheeky Kid is a true-blue casual gamer. Whenever he's not watching anime or reading manga, chances are he's mindlessly playing games. Discover three great build ideas in this article!

Scattered Thoughts – Hanabi, queen of complicated relationships

If your answer is yes, then this guide is for you! As the Scarlet Flower, Hanabi needs to be equipped with the proper items so she can draw out the full power of the Higanbana.

Fortunately, this guide provides item build ideas for you to use so you can lead Hanabi to victory. You can follow them precisely or even tweak them a little bit. Do whatever it takes to be a legend!

The Scarlet Menace Item Build offers unbelievable attack power from the get-go! Since this build is all about damage, do your best to keep Hanabi out of danger. As much as possible, always perform free hits while the rest of your team is tanking the damage and crowd-controlling the enemy heroes. Be careful, though, because Hanabi is severely lacking in the defense department. Hide in the bushes and try to catch your enemies off-guard as much as you can.

The Swift Boots comes second. Additional attack speed is never a hindrance for Hanabi. The faster she can attack, the more damage she can deal. If you want speed, then the Shadow Kunoichi Item Build offers just that!

This build sacrifices some attack power in order to gain some speed. It also helps her chip some HP off her enemies gradually until they retreat or make the mistake of being too greedy, causing their untimely death. Hanabi always welcomes some extra attack speed. As for the last item, Hanabi must equip the Blade of Despair in order to render this build fatal once and for all.

Complete the Shadow Kunoichi Item Build and you will automatically turn into a nasty killing machine!

Kuzu no Honkai - Episode 9 - Hanabi x Ecchan (Sanae) p.2

Fortunately, the Bloody Blossom Item Build is here to cover all that up!Instead, however, we received a weeklong respite it seems as the remaining loose pairing end in Hanabi and Sanae was properly concluded, yuri and all. Sanae knew all about the unlikelihood of Hanabi ever loving her, but I never thought she would accept it and move on this quickly. For such a morally repulsive character—next to Akane of course—to realize her futility and act on it is quite impressive, a good bit of redemption in the face of unpleasant beginnings.

Both girls were under the impression they had singularly used the other for their own selfish benefit. Peanut gallery seating lets us know Sanae was the ab user up to this point, with Hanabi largely accepting her advances out of confused loneliness and guilt.

For all that Sanae is broken, her commitment to trying with Hanabi was the strongest thing she has yet done, a testimony to her change and a showing of the depth of her affection. Like Hanabi discovered last week, Sanae learned the greatest clarity can often be found in failure. While the cousin was important in pushing Sanae—and Hanabi—to break things off, I think his function was largely superfluous. Atsuya for me functioned more as a convenient out for Sanae i.

Like Sanae, Atsuya has an unrequited love in his cousin and also possesses an eerie stalker mentalityshowcasing through similarity just how broken Sanae was. Sanae was already planning on distancing herself from Hanabi before Atsuya entered the picture after all, Atsuya simply ensured she followed through with her commitment.

Hanabi Yasuraoka

While Sanae and Hanabi may have ended things peacefully, future events do not portend the same. Considering Hanabi has now placed her happy end i. Stay tuned boys and girls, with one last serious thread to tie up, I think we have yet to see just how far down this rabbit hole goes.

Sanae pushed on and kept trying, and yes — out of bounds a bit — albeit Hanabi never explicitly told her to back off. Rather, both seeked something in the other which was asymmetrical. Sanae seeked requited romantic love. Hanabi seeked companionship and comfort. Because the normal reaction would be to lash out in pain, instead they manage to reconcile.

Which is testament to the fact that they DO care for each other deeply, even though they are not compatible in the end. I had an Ecchan experience in my own life, and even though I managed to eventually reestablish a close friendship after a blackout of over two years, I was not able to step away without lashing out in anger.

The girls did a better job here. As for misunderstanding, I meant both failed recognizing the intentions of the other. Both Hanabi and Sanae clearly believed the other was innocent in their relationship, that they were the only one using the other, never considering that maybe the other was also doing the same thing to them. Unlike Hanabi and Mugi who turned their affections towards each other which is not the ideal solution at all imo.

You want to stay friends because you obviously care about the person and want to ensure that they also find happiness. So to Hanabi, the best advice I could give her is move on and give each other space. I thought both girls reacted very realistically in this episode though and it was a very mature response from both parties.

Even the way the teachers hooked up was really abrupt. Looking back, this story needed at least a dozen more chapters to flesh out the emotional arcs of these characters, especially considering how much time the manga spent establishing them in the first place.

The story ended with them affirming how much they appreciate and needed each other, but ultimately deciding that they were strong enough now to be able to go their separate ways. So, yeah. This manga has some definite strong points. The art looks beautiful, and I really do like how it takes the same-sex interactions between Hanabi and Ecchan seriously.

Where did all that angst and pining lead to in the end? Nothing but more angst and pining. Kind of a waste, even if I did see that coming. Posted on April 16,in Anime Analysis and tagged scum's wish.

I was going to read the manga… but it sounds like it suffers from the same lack-of-ending as the anime. What kind of ending would you have preferred?

That after all their personal preferences have failed, Hanabi and Mugi end up with each other as comforting third-best-option? I was thanking the lord that this did NOT happen. The confident femme fatale gets married in the end they always do in real life — and when their marriage fails, someone else is there in no time to fill the void. The idolizing dreamer eventually wakes up. And those who have their hearts broken because their first love fails to materialize realize their failure, hurt, learn something and move on.To the outside world, Hanabi Yasuraoka and Mugi Awaya are the perfect couple.

But in reality, they just share the same secret pain: they are both in love with other people they cannot be with.

Hanabi has loved her childhood friend and neighbor Narumi Kanai for as long as she can remember, so she is elated to discover that he is her new homeroom teacher. However, Narumi is soon noticed by the music teacher, Akane Minagawa, and a relationship begins to blossom between them, much to Hanabi's dismay.

Mugi was tutored by Akane in middle school, and has been in love with her since then.

Through a chance meeting in the hallway, he encounters Hanabi. As these two lonely souls spend more time together, they decide to use each other as a substitute for the one they truly love, sharing physical intimacy with one another in order to stave off their loneliness.

But from the look in Narumi's eyes when he sees Akane MinagawaHanabi realizes that he is in love with Akane and not her. Hanabi meets Mugi Awayaanother student who is in love with Akane, who was his tutor when he was in middle school.

Hanabi and Mugi make a pact and begin a fake relationship to satisfy each other's loneliness from their respective unrequited loves, both sexually and emotionally. Hanabi is a very beautiful and attractive young girl that causes many of the boys in her class to confess their feelings to her with chin-length black hair that has purple tint with bangs hanging over her eyebrows her eye color is an ombre of purple and blue, sometimes appearing green in the anime.

She is usually shown wearing her school uniform, which is a red ribbon, a short-sleeved white collared shirt underneath a dark blueish purple vest and a slightly green grey skirt. She also wears black knee-high socks and school shoes, sometimes wearing the red gym shoes as well. When she's with Sanae Ebato Hanabi's closest friendHanabi is an outgoing and regularly cheerful girl, in contrast to when she's in the presence of Narumi Kanai Hanabi's love interestwhom she feels timider with and can come off as hostile.

But when around Mugi Awayashe feels more at ease and lets her guard down because she trusts him a lot; he's the only one who understands her worries and who she can share her deepest troubles with. She's often sarcastic and brutally honest to the point others may perceive it as arrogance.

This is one of the reasons why Mugi calls her "horrible" when she blatantly told Noriko Kamomebata that she finds her a nuisance. Regardless, Mugi doesn't seem to mind her honesty and even states that he likes her as a whole. Hanabi is jealous whenever some friends of Mugi approach him. That's when Hanabi started to get more jealous. She's also observant and analytical, shown when she figured out that there's more to Akane Minagawa than just her clumsy, gentle side, even comparing her to herself.

Depicted in both the anime and the manga, Hanabi starts off kissing Mugi Awaya because they are both replacements for the ones they truly love.

This sort of unhealthy relationship continues to go on for a while until Mugi hooks up with Akane Minagawa later on where things start to change after Hanabi witnesses Narumi Kanai confessing his love to Akane in the music room, which was a setup that Akane had planned. This causes Hanabi to confront Akane for taking away the person she desired the most and Akane later tells her about her love of making people jealous and getting attention from men.

Even more angered now, Hanabi tries to make all the men that are obsessed with Akane to fall in love with her as demonstrated with Atsuya Kirishimawhich unfortunately fails.

Hanabi and Mugi continue their relationship of passion alone until they decided that they will officially start dating if they get rejected. Hanabi gets rejected, and Mugi does too even though he did get to hook up with Akane a few times.

Although both of them got rejected in the end, they did not start dating. Instead, they talked things out in the storage room and decided that despite the feelings they have for each other, they are going to search for real love. As of Scum's Wish Decorboth Mugi and Hanabi haven't moved on from each other and think about the other often.Only rarely anime romances stray away from the usual formula that ultimately ends the story with a shy kiss or just the joyous action of holding hands.

And so to the fray comes Kuzu no Honkai with its straightforward breach of the usual barriers.

It can be that only the bare fact of showing the more mature side for me acts as a factor making the show look very good. Before going further I must say that all the thoughts crystalized after the fourth episode of Kuzu no Honkai so in the long run not every idea may retain some meaning. And, of course, beware of spoilers. Another factor that got the pair closer was the fact that they both have incomplete families, so sticking together seemed a logical choice. Thinking about Hanabi and Moka is very interesting because these almost non-interacting characters have strikingly similar stories.

Moka, just like Hanabi loves a more mature guy whom she has known for a very long time, but the guy sees her only as a sister because he already has someone else in mind. Harsh treatment also drives Moka away from Mugi, so that suits both Hanabi and Mugi in retaining their relationship.

Yet, the most significant factor is that Hanabi actually enjoys being superior, thus becoming similar to Akane. It all started with a simple wish by both sides to be able to talk to someone about their unrequired feelings and to get rid of loneliness. When Hanabi eventually learned what a person Akane is, her frustration became even bigger — she is unable to reach Narumi while the attachment to Mugi was achieved incredibly easily.

If the one Hanabi loves had been Mugi, she would be already happy. Hanabi wishes she could behave so casually with Narumi without her fear of being rejected. Also getting more intimate with Mugi is far simpler than with Ecchan. Both are able to be what they truly are without being forced to behave as best they can in front of their special ones. Thus both of them are aware of each other and are willing to have a game.

It was unthinkable for Hanabi to see that someone could so openly go against her own idea that unrequired love is gross and, well, really unrequired, as Hanabi herself has felt by her inability to respond to Ecchan.

Her only present close friend without Ecchan is only Mugi, so any change in the relationship between the two girls risks destroying that cherished friendship. As with Mugi, everything would be so easy if only she could see Ecchan not as a friend.

This episode was pretty boring until the last minutes. Ecchan and her cousin seemed to be out of place in this episode, it felt like it was just thrown in for story line purposes, especially after the end of this episode.

My guess Hanabi will confide with Ecchan and The cousin will be the third Wheel. Mugi Mugi Mugi You know Akane is a troll yet you still bang her out. Now the question is how long is Hanabi going to wait at the park until she realizes' Mugi is not coming? Narilka likes this. Also trying to protect his cousin who he wants to roll out, but alas. Noriko shut up, like you're starting something with Hanabi yet helping her? Shut up ad just leave this anime forever.

Really apprehensive to try it out real people with these behaviors all in one place. Hanabi just doing school stuff to get her mind off things was cool to see. Seeing Moca in that wedding dress was a pretty awesome scene as well. The music during that scene was really really good. The scene with Mugi Damn man we get another likable character and Hanabi shoots him down.

Though really with the help of short haired Ecchan. At least she had the guts to apologize to the kid How you gonna say "Next time don't lose him.

Bitch are you kidding me? That can even be used for both Oniichan and friggin Mugi. Come on bitch-sensei. Alright let's get to the nitty gritty. I had a feeling Hanabi was going to walk right past Mugi at the end. But God Damn If it didn't make me feel some type of way. It makes sense that they would want to find true love but who is to say they can't find it within each other.

If they get to know more about each other then just wanting to be alone then who knows!.
